How to Submit Updates for your Website

Website updates are generally completed within 24 hours - depending upon the amount of work needing to be done.

EMAIL CONFIRMATIONS are sent once an update has been completed, giving you the opportunity to review the update(s) right away to make sure there are no changes and/or corrections needed.

Relax - it's not as complicated as it may seem! And remember that I am always here when you need assistance of have any questions or concerns.

Submitting Basic Website or Text Information

There are two ways that I prefer you to submit your website information;

1. Write your information in an email message and send it.
2. Use a word document, and attach it to the email message.

By submitting your information in an email message, I am able to save time by simply copying and pasting the information needed - using your own words!

Submitting Photos or Graphics

1. Please only submit photos or graphics that are yours, or which are freely distributed.
2. Attach photos or graphics to the email message. Please do not embed them inside the message body. Use the paperclip associated with the email message.
3. I prefer to work with the original or raw photo or graphic. This enables me to edit the photo or graphic for your website requirements.
   If you have a photo or graphic that you don't want edited - please let me know.
4. Provide a description for each photo in the email message body. Example: "IMG_2003.jpg is a photo of this item".
